Processing time
The estimated time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies between products. Then, you should add shipping times on top of that.

Product Time to create
Apparel (t-shirts, etc.) 2–7 days
Accessories (headwear, jewelry, etc.) 2–5 days
Drinkware (mugs, etc.) 1–7 days
Custom or personalized products (mugs, etc.) 1–2 weeks

Custom or personalized products depend on communication and your final approval of the design.

We will do our best to meet the processing and shipping time estimates, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no shipping delays as the post office's handling times are out of our control. Please keep that in mind when ordering any last minute gifts or during the holiday season. We have no control over delays once the package has been picked up for delivery.

Speed and price depends on product type and destination. Certain products may be created at different locations and shipped separately. Free shipping is available only for select products and availability is subject to change.

Drinkware is only available in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Russia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand due to weight.

Tracking with delivery confirmation is only available for drinkware internationally.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Wrong address?
Please be sure your shipping address is up to date and correct. If you provide us with a former, incorrect, or incomplete address and we send your items there, you will have to re-pay for shipping to the correct address and any return fees charged by the carrier. The shipping fee only gets the package there once.

P.O. Boxes
We recommend against using a P.O. Box as the shipping address because some carriers may not be able to deliver to them. Buyers may have to pick up the package at the carrier's nearby location.
